Yes. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your pickup time are fully refundable. Date and time changes are subject to availability — please contact us as early as possible.
In the event of an accident, the following amount will be held on the registered credit card:
Vehicle not drivable: ¥500,000
Vehicle still drivable: ¥250,000

Drivers must be 25 years of age or older and hold a valid driver's license for at least 3 years. International drivers should bring an International Driving Permit along with their home license.
Yes, additional drivers can be registered at pickup provided they meet the same license and age requirements. Please bring their documents with you.
Vehicles are provided with a full tank and should be returned at the same level. A refueling charge applies if the vehicle is returned with less fuel.
